As a former New Yorker, I remember how difficult it can be trying to secure housing when you live out of the area.  There is no time to waste.  You need someone who will be there for you when you need them to be.

I am a dedicated, full-time, full service REALTOR, ABR (accredited buyer representitive) and GRI (graduate of the REALTOR Institute).  I attend many hours of continuing education in Fair Housing, Ethics, Contract and State Law, Agency and other RE related subjects every year as well as attend many local REALTOR/Lawyer, Town Hall, and Property Mangement meetings.  In addition, I often attend the annual VAR and NAR conventions held all over the USA. 

After completing my education at NYC Tech with a BT and AAS in Business and Hospitality Mgt, I made quality full service my life for the past 20 years.  I make it my priority to understand and respect my clients desires and go way beyond the ordinary when try to accommodate them (see client testimonials).

My goal is a referral and repeat client based business, and the only way to achieve that is to exceed the expectations of my clients.  This is why I say "my business is open even after you close"...
